In our intensive seminar "Emotional detox - dealing better with negative feelings", we focus on one of the central human issues: experiencing and coping with negative emotions such as anger, fear, aversion, (self-)doubt, rage, disappointment and helplessness. These feelings are a natural and unavoidable part of being human and do not stop at the workplace. Especially in challenging times, these emotions take up more and more space in companies and in our minds.

The seminar aims to develop an in-depth understanding of the causes and effects of negative emotions and to provide practical strategies that participants can use to effectively manage these emotions in a work context. In doing so, we recognize that the occurrence of these feelings is often beyond our control. What we can control, however, is how we respond to them.

In our seminar, you will gain the tools and knowledge you need to overcome the challenges of negative emotions in the workplace and create a healthier, more productive work environment.
